Introduction

Welcome to Airylio ("App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Airylio mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Airylio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Service as Provided

Airylio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Service, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of recommendations
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Airylio, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the application
• Not transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access to the Service.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Late arrivals or missed appointments despite using Airylio
• Inaccurate recommendations due to factors beyond our control (accidents, road closures, weather emergencies)
• Loss of income, business, or other consequential damages
• Data loss, corruption, or privacy breaches due to third-party actions
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (if any).

Third-Party Services

Airylio relies on third-party services including Google Routes API and Open-Meteo weather service. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:

• Accuracy or availability of third-party services
• Termination or modification of third-party services
• Privacy practices of third-party service providers
• Any claims arising from third-party services

Intellectual Property Rights

Airylio and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Airyl Tech, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use Airylio for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of Airylio after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceeding, we encourage you to attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiation with our support team. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Airyl Tech regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings.
